Wow, what city are you from? I'm originally from Manila, and I've been working on an EB-3 visa in the United States for a year. First, I gathered all the necessary information and looked at EB-3 Visa Opportunities for Filipinos on the eb3work website to see if it was possible. Then, I chose the job and state where I wanted to work, and finally, I applied for the visa. There are only three steps: PERM labor certification, I-140 petition, and adjustment of status. Be prepared, though, as it will take a lot of time. It took me about three years to get this visa.
