I now need to somehow resolve the issue of how to deliver a cargo of medicines and various vaccines to Japan so that they are suitable for use after this trip. I understand that various companies deliver them somehow, but I urgently need to deliver them from Singapore to Japan, and I have no idea how.

What is your position in your company that you were tasked with solving this issue? You probably have some kind of logistics department that is supposed to deal with this. Have you just started shipping international cargo? A couple of months ago I was shipping a load of new season clothes to Japan and I used the services of https://gettransport.com/shipping/from-singapore-to-japan . I read on their website that if the cargo requires specific conditions so that it does not spoil, then they will choose a carrier that has this capability. You will probably need to choose air transportation in containers that control a certain temperature so that the medicines do not spoil.
